These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of coloradoyouthsports.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Colorado Youth Sports. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Colorado Youth Sports is an online directory that helps families discover youth sports leagues, camps, clinics, clubs, and related programs. Programs are operated by independent organizations. We provide listings as a resource and are not a party to any registration, transaction, or relationship between families and program operators.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Organizations may submit listings subject to our review and approval. By submitting a listing you confirm you are authorized to represent the organization and that the information is accurate. We may edit, decline, or remove listings that violate these Terms or that we consider inaccurate or inappropriate.
We offer a free basic listing and optional paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are described at checkout.
Paid operator plans are billed through Stripe.

The Service, including its design, text, and logos, is owned by Colorado Youth Sports and protected by intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote that content as part of operating the Service.
A listing in our directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee. We do not run programs, screen coaches, or verify certifications. Families are responsible for researching any program — including safety policies and credentials — before registering.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado Youth Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or any program you find through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colorado Youth Sports and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. You may stop using the Service at any time; some provisions, by their nature, survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
